At my heaviest I was 180 lbs, muscular but still overweight and 5’5. I’m 27 years old and too young to let my weight dictate my future. I went into NuBody open minded. David explained everything to me in a way that makes sense and full of passion. You can tell that he is genuinely passionate about the science that changes people’s lives.
It’s been about 2 months. I’m now 162.5 and I’ve honestly not been perfect with our program but I’m dedicated to it enough that I’m seeing great results. About once a week I have a small slip but I don’t let it ruin my day. I’m Not Hungry. I do Crave certain foods but I Am Not Hungry. I’m finally getting creative with veggies and loving my fruits and finding new ways to cook or sauce my meats. Small changes, Huge difference.
I highly recommend NuBody to anyone looking to lose weight and Keep it off. I still have more weight to lose but after I reach my.goal we will enter a maintenance period so I don’t just leave, I will still do weekly check in’s to make sure I’m learning the proper way to Maintain my weight. For a whole month which I’m confident will help me finally keep it off for good. I haven’t weighed 162 since I left bootcamp and I’m not dehydrated, I’m not hungry, and my workouts are still very strong.
